Mobility: 10 lunge bounces with arms up each side. 10 tap and twist each side. 10 big leg swings forward and back each leg. 10 Hindu push-ups. Twice through.

Warrior: same mobility
Strength is 5×5 per leg pistol squats

10 GHR
10 slamball
15 gi reaches
10 weighted speed jump squats like Doug does with the kb class
