Warmup: 30seconds arm circles, Cossack lunges, squats, push-ups, jumping jacks

Strength is hold a handstand against a wall for 1 full minute. Hold a dead hang on the chin-up bar for 1 minute. Twice.

4 rounds:
Chimp shuffle
10 lateral box jumps
6 strict handstand push-ups
10 GHD back raises
