Warm-up: run! First run of 2014! 50 JJ and then 500 yard run

Strength: 5,3,2,1 BB Full Cleans

Intervals: the infamous Matt Hooker “Sh** Sandwich”

2 full rounds on 20/10, then 2 full rounds on 1:00 FGB, then 2 full rounds on 20/10 again:

  • Ball flies
  • BB Rows
  • Bicycles
  • Burpees
  • Arms up flutter kicks
