Valentine’s Massacre!

Happy Saint Valentine’s Day everyone! Much love to all of you! Remember that Valentine’s Day isn’t just about loving the one you are going to bed with tonight (or hope to!) but it is also about loving everyone around you and yourself! So take a moment today to tell your mom or dad or siblings or neighbor or co-worker that you love them, and before you go to sleep tonight take a moment to yourself and know that in your own way you are awesome!

Now on to this year’s challenge workout! We changed it just a little from previous years so it was a couple minutes longer this year than it was last year. We saw some bodies on the floor this morning and this afternoon!
