  • Flies on ball x 10
  • Kettlebell Rows x 10
  • Push Ups x 10
  • Good Mornings x 10
  • Bicycles x 50
  • 50 meter sprint

Finish: Hill Climb

  1. Once we are in the new place Turkish Getups will be back! And wall-balls, hammer tires, flipping tires, huge box jumps, bar thrusters and all the other awesome crazy stuff we love to do!
