Warm Up: 4 Laps, 100 Jumping Jacks

Circuit x 4:

  • Kettlebell swings = 20
  • One Leg Deadlifts = 10/ea
  • Tricep Extensions = 10/ea
  • Bulgarian Split Squats = 10/ea
  • Knee Tuck Crunches = 20
  • Bunny Hop Stairs

Finish: Burpees – B=20  I=30

EVERYONE LOVES BURPEES!
