Warm up: 1 minute each

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Punch Jump
  • High Knees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squats

Circuit x 5

  • Front Raise Squats: B=10  I=12
  • Curl/Presses: B=10  I=12
  • Dumbbell Snatches:  B=5/ea side  I=6/ea side
  • Sumo High Pulls (kettlebell): B=10  I=12
  • Bicycles: B=40  I=60
  • 1 Lap
Hard work get's results! 3 Minutes of ab hell!

Finish: Wall Jumps: B=40  I=50
