Warm Up: Run – HT 1 or 3, 20 Squat Thrusts

Circuit x 4

  • Lunge Curls x 10/ea (I/A x 15/ea)
  • Kettlebell Swings x 15 (I/A x 20)
  • Body Squats x 15 (I/A x 20)
  • Leg Raises x 15 (I/A X 20)
  • Tire Jumps x 15 (I/A X 20)

Finish: Wall Sit
