Warm Up: 1:00 each – Jump Rope, Mountain Climbers, High Knee Jog x 3

Circuit x 4

  • Overhead plate lunges x 10/each
  • Twisted Situps x 20
  • Front/Side Lateral Raise combo x 10
  • Seated Knee Raises x 15
  • Jump Squats x 15
  • Superman Presses x 10

Finish: Slamball x 30
