  • Crunches x 15
  • Bent Rows x15
  • Push Ups x 15
  • Run 400 yards
  • Flies on ball x 10
  • Crunches x 10
  • Bent Rows x 10
  • Push Ups x 10

Finish: 35 Jump Squats
