  • 1/2 Hill Climb
  • Push ups: B=10,8,6,4,2  I=15,12,9,6,3
  • Bent Rows: B=2,4,6,8,10  I=3,6,9,12,15
  • Leg Raises: B=10  I=15

Finish: Press Burnout
