Warmup: Run – park

Push ups x 25

Circuit x 4

  • Jump Squats x 15
  • Bench Knee Raises w/ball x 15
  • Skull Crushers x 10
  • Lunges x 10/ea
  • Run 100 yards (1st stop sign & back)

Finish: Tire Jumps x 30
