Warm up: Run (main block x B1, I2, A3), Mountain climbers x 30 pairs

Circuit: Tabata 20/10 – 8×8 – paired

  • Squat Thrusts
  • Curl Presses
  • Jump Rope
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Overhead Plate Lunges
  • Front Lateral Raises
  • Hammer Tire
  • Oblique Twists

Finish: 3:00 abs x 2, side knee tucks left, front knee tucks, side knee tucks right, toe touch crunches, V-crunches, bicycles
