Warm Up: Run, Duck Walk

Circuit x4

  • Shoulder Presses x 10
  • Seated Knee Raises x 15
  • Turkish Getups x 5/ea (overhead lunges for beginners x 10/ea)
  • Jump Rope x 1:00

Finish: 3 minute ab drill – crunches, oblique twists, leg raises, bicycles, scissor kicks, Indian crunches
