Circuit x 5

  • Walking Lunges x 10/ea
  • Leg Raises x 15
  • Kettlebell Swings x 15
  • Skip Knees on wall x 1:00
  • Dips x 10
  • Squats x 10

Finish: Tire Jumps x 35
