Warm Up: Jog, Jump Rope Punch Drill

Circuit – one minute each – 3 rounds

  • Thrusters
  • Bicycles
  • Front/Side Raise Combo
  • Tire Jump (or Jump Squats)
  • Plank R1 – Side Plank R2 – Side Plank R3

Finish: 5×5 Leg Throws
