Warm Up: Round the block, 100 Jumping Jacks

Circuit x 5:

  • Renegade Rows x 10
  • Knee Tuck Crunches x 20
  • Back Raises on the ball x 15
  • Pull Overs on the ball x 10
  • Bent Rows x 10
  • Run 50 yards

Finish: Kettlebell Swings x 50
