Warm Up: Jog, 1 minute each – jumping jacks, high steps, mountain climbers

Circuit x 5:

  • Thrusters x 10
  • Leg Raises x 15
  • Kettlebell Swings x 15
  • Bent Rear Side Lateral Raises x 10
  • Sprint 40 yards

Finish: 3 Minute Ab Burn Out
