These will be the meals for this week, individual recipes will come each day.
Monday
- Breakfast: Granola and wheat squares with strawberries, blueberries and almond milk
- Lunch: Leftovers…pork loin, sweet potato fries (baked), corn on the cob
- Dinner: Chicken kabobs marinated in spicy Thai peanut sauce and served with brown rice
- Snacks: Fruit at mid-morning, trail mix at mid-afternoon
Tuesday
- Breakfast: English Muffin with one egg
- Lunch: Tuna and spinach on a whole wheat wrap
- Dinner: Blackened Talapia with sauted zucchini
- Snacks: Apple slices with peanut butter at mid-morning, granola bar at mid-afternoon
Wednesday
- Breakfast: Multi-grain Cheerios with fruit and almond milk
- Lunch: Leftovers
- Dinner: Slow cooked chicken in lime salsa for burritos with black beans
- Snacks: Fruit at mid-morning, trail mix at mid-afternoon
Thursday
- Breakfast: Granola and wheat squares with fruit and almond milk
- Lunch: Tuna wrap or leftovers
- Dinner: Shrimp stir-fry
- Snacks: Apple slices with peanut butter at mid-morning, granola bar at mid-afternoon
Friday
- Breakfast: Whole wheat toast and scrambled eggs
- Lunch: Turkey sub on whole wheat, no cheese, no may, lots of veggies and some spicy mustard
- Dinner: Grilled Pizza, whole wheat dough, peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, turkey sausage, low fat roasted red pepper alfedo sauce and skim mozzarella cheese
- Snacks: Fruit at mid-morning, trail mix at mid-afternoon
Saturday
- Breakfast: Multi-grain Cheerios with fruit and almond milk
- Lunch: Tuna wrap
- Dinner: Grilled Salmon with broccoli and brown rice
- Snacks: Fruit at mid-morning, granola bar at mid-afternoon
*Drink tons of water…it’s hot out and you go through more water than you think*
*Sunday is not on the list, it’s a cheat day, cheat with MODERATION and not all day, just one meal and DO NOT OVEREAT*

How’d you do those baked swt pot fries things? Just slice and bake with a little bit of salt?
And what kind of wraps do you use? I usually use something like the flat-outs?
