The 4th annual “12 Days of Christmas” workout!

If you’ve already left to visit family for the holidays you left too early! The Pride family does not celebrate Christmas until the workout! 

Warm up: 10, squats, lunges, push ups, squat thrust 

Mobility: half pigeon and half dragon fly

One round for time: 

  • 120 mountain climbers 
  • 110 oblique twists
  • 1,000m run 
  • 90 jumping jacks
  • 80 diamond sit-ups 
  • 70 kettlebell swings 35/35
  • 60 alternations curls 30/30
  • 50 squats 
  • 40 skull crushers 
  • 30 alternating lunges 15/15
  • 20 wallballs 
  • 10 killer bunnies 

Finish: 4 rounds chest press burnout
