Teddy

Just slightly tweaked from the original Teddy. This workout is named after Doug’s grandfather, who was not a nice person, this workout is not nice.

One round for time:

  • 50 squats – 75/115
  • 500m run
  • 10 burpees
  • 15 curl and press DB – 15’s/25’s
  • 20 walking lunges with one kettlebell – 16kg/24kg
  • 25/20 bike
  • 30 box jumps
  • 35 KB deadlift 16kg/24kg
  • 40 opposite toe touch
  • 45 floor press DB – 15’s/25’s
  • 50 KB swings 16kg/24kg
