Technique Tuesday 3: Banded Curl Bar Press for Tighter Elbows on Kettlebell Jerks

Have trouble keeping you elbows in on the jerk? On the way up or the way down, this drill will help you on both the up and the down! While this drill is not meant to make your press stronger, it is meant to build muscle memory and groove this movement pattern to get you and your body and your brain use to keeping your elbows in on the way up and on the way down.
