All of September we will be working on our squats! You will be squatting every Monday and Friday. This Friday we will all go for a baseline one rep max and we will be using that number to base the rest of the month off of so please make sure you get in here in Friday to get your max number!

Please download your SEPTEMBER SQUAT SHEET HERE. You will need your sheet every time you squat to keep track of your numbers. We will be running a similar program in November for Jerks and Deadlift program in December. We are trying to grow the strength and skill of this gym and all of our clients so we are excited to implement these programs!

Now let’s squat!!!
