Sorry for not posting yesterday…but here is the workout from yesterday and the workout for today…

Wednesday

1.5 Mile interval run – 20 sec jog, 20 sec run, 20 sec sprint, repeat through entire run

  • Dumbbell snatches x 10/each arm
  • Double unders x 20
  • Front lateral plate raises x 10
  • Ring knee tuck crunches x 15

4 Rounds

Thursday

2 mile jog

  • Double kettlebell clean and press x 10
  • Knees to elbows – or toes to bar if you’re a badass x 10

5 Rounds
