Wednesday
1.5 Mile interval run – 20 sec jog, 20 sec run, 20 sec sprint, repeat through entire run
- Dumbbell snatches x 10/each arm
- Double unders x 20
- Front lateral plate raises x 10
- Ring knee tuck crunches x 15
4 Rounds
Thursday
2 mile jog
- Double kettlebell clean and press x 10
- Knees to elbows – or toes to bar if you’re a badass x 10
5 Rounds
