Yesterday (we may call this one “fuck that” cuz that’s what I thought when I was done!):

5 Rounds

  • Airdyne x 1:00
  • Close Grip Push Ups x 15 (KEEP THOSE ELBOWS IN!)
  • Jump Rope x 1:00
  • Flys on the ball x 15
  • Skip Knees on the bag or wall x 1:00
  • Wide Grip Chin Ups x 5

Today:

Tabata 20/10 x 8

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Bicycles
  • Body Squats
  • Kettlebell Snatches
  • Dips
