Cardio: 2 mile run

5 rounds as fast as possible…

High knee step with dumbell curl and press x 12
Front/side raise superset x 10
Bicycles x 80

*try not to sway while doing front raises…a little knee drop is fine but no swaying…its bad for you back Nd the momentum takes away from really working those shoulders*
