- 15 Tire Flips
- 20 Ring Dips
- 25 Pull Ups
- 30 Box Jumps – HIGH
- 35 DB Deadlifts
- 40 Medicine Ball Reach Situps
- 45 KB swings
- 50 Squats – light weight (girls bare bar, guys 75lbs)
