Renegade Warrior Workout for 02/04/11

I know this is a day late but I had to post it anyway just so we had it on record and because it was such a good workout!

One round as fast as possible:

  • 5 Suicides
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Tire Flips
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 30 Box Jumps – HIGH
  • 35 DB Deadlifts
  • 40 Medicine Ball Reach Situps
  • 45 KB swings
  • 50 Squats – light weight (girls bare bar, guys 75lbs)
