Warm Up: Run 1 mile, Shoulder circle warm up

4 Rounds of:

  • Murderballs x 20, 15, 10, 5
  • Plate Circles x 10/ea side
  • Big Ball Pass Sit Ups x 20
  • Shoulder Presses x 5, 10, 15, 20

Driver Endurance: 1:00/ea x 3 Rounds

  • Hammer Tire
  • Wall Walk
  • Oblique Twists with ball
