warm-up: 15 each jump squat, push-ups, squat thrusts 

10/10/10, x4, :30 rest, x3

You will have 2:00 work period broken into :10 intervals, do all of “A” for 1 round, rest :30, all of “B”, etc. for 3 times through.

  • A: Squats/Mtn climbers/plank jacks
  • B: Kick ups/bicycles/crunches
  • C: Hkj/pulsing lunges/pulsing lunges

Finish: abs
