Run 200m

  • Mule kicks
  • Fast feet sprawl
  • Side knee tuck crunches

Run 300m

45/15, x3:

  • Wall jumps (HW – mule kicks)
  • Lunge jumps
  • Leg raises with scissors on way down

Run 500m
