Warm-up: 50 lunges, 20 squat thrusts, 10 push-ups

1:00/:15, x6

  • 10 KB deadlift/mtn climbers
  • 10 squats thrusts jumps/jump squats
  • 10 sets jumping lunges/HKJ
  • 10 leg raises/scissors

Finish: 3:00 jump rope

Instructions for HW: switch KB deadlift to frog squats. Do first exercise at 10 reps, and second exercise for the rest of the minute.
