Redline HIIT Workout for 4/3/2011

Warm-up: 30/10, frog squats, 1/2 burpees

Fight Gone Bad Style, 1 min. each:

  • front squats with kettlebell
  • HKJR
  • frog plank
  • knee to elbow jumps
  • bicycles

Finish: 200 yard sprint
