  • jump squats
  • suitcase crunches
  • jump overs
  • rest

B

  • jumping lunges/li>
  • Hindu push-ups
  • leg raises
  • slam balls
  • crab to like
  • rest

Finish: core work, 1 minute each, x2:

  • side tap outs
  • plank jacks
  • up and down’s
