Warm-up: circle drill

FGB Style, ABAB, 1 minute each
Round 1:

  • jumping lunges
  • ab splitters
  • slam thrusts
  • hammer tire
  • burpees
  • rest

Round 2:

  • kick-ups
  • slam balls
  • 3×3 squats
  • boat/canoe abs (on my call)
  • twist push-ups
  • rest

Finish: HKJR burnout
