  • 20 frog plank/jump squats
  • 50 high knee jog/bicycles
  • 20 knee to elbow jumps/slam balls
  • 25 toe touch crunches/lunges
  • 10 1/2 Burpees/weighted crunches
  • 10 squat thrusts/mountain climbers

Finish: abs
