Warm-up: 50 jumping jacks, 200m run

40/40/20 rest, x4:

  • HKJR/jumpsquats
  • Hindu push-ups/jump overs
  • Burpees/speed skaters
  • Knee tuck crunches/flutter kicks 

Finish: choose your distance, 200m or 500m for time!!!
