REDIINE HIIT workout for 3/15/12

Warm-up: 50 jumping jacks, 25 squats, 25 push-ups

Tabata WTF?! (20/10, x4, 200 yard sprint after EVERY exercise set! Total of 8 sprints)

  • mtn climbers
  • plank
  • side plank
  • cross body mtn climbers
  • cheetah plank
  • knee to elbow plank
  • mule kicks
  • knee to opposite elbow plank

on planks that work both sides, 2 20sec rounds each side or hold one side for 55secs and switch to other side for 55secs if you’re a badass!
