Monday Motivation 41 – Fear and Action

In this week’s Monday Motivation, I talk about fear and action, the fear of what people will think or say if you tell them how you really feel and the fear of your friends and family telling you that your dreams or plans are crazy. Another big key to this fear is how it can cause us stress and anxiety which then leads to poor sleep and poor eating habits and higher metabolism, all of which could derail you from reaching your goals. I also talk about action, and how the fear of what others will say or think about you and your goals will prevent you from taking action and achieving those goals.
