Kettlebell workout for 6-26-2014

Warm up: 500 yards

The “Gym Jones” “Tailpipe Workout”! This is not the exact gym jones tailpipe workout but it is close, I am just adding one thing.

You will be on a team with 3 people, this is a team relay, the faster your team rows the quicker you will be done. For 4 rounds one person will row to 500M, while that person is rowing the other two team members will be doing jerks on doubles and the third person will be doing burpees. Have fun!
