Yes, it’s 30 minute of running. For those of you more experienced, push the quick pace to just under a sprint or to a very fast pace you can sustain for the entire minute. Those of you who don’t like running or aren’t as experienced, this will be an easy way to get more distance in and the varying pace will keep it from being so boring.
