FGB 1:00 each, x4:

  • 20 reps HKJ/10 half burpees (plank with both feet in and out)
  • 10 jump overs/20 mtn climbers
  • :15 fast feet/:15HKJ, x2
  • 10 jump squats/10 knee tuck jumps
  • 10 toe touch crunches/20 oblique twists
  • Rest
