1:00/:15, x4. Do “X” reps of first exercise and finish the minute of the other.

  • 10 burpees/squats (once you finish your 10 burpees, you do squats for the rest of the minute)
  • 20 jumping lunges/Mtn climbers
  • 20 knee tuck jumps/leg raises
  • 10 dips of chair/HKJog
