Homework 2-11-2016

Something a little different today, each round has 3:00 of plank in it.

X4:

  • 15 jump squats for height
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 squat thrusts
  • 10 prone rows
  • 1:00 each: high plank, side plank, side plank

Finish: stretch 10 minutes
