  • burpees
  • plank jacks
  • fast feet
  • bicycles
  • high knee jog
  • pick-your-plank

“Pick-your-plank” – pick any position (high, low, side, etc.) and hold that one position for that round.
Ways to do this workout: couplets like in boot camp, all 8 rounds of each exercise completed before moving on to next exercise, or go through all the exercises like a circuit.
