1. Bar first knees second. On the return stroke, the handle should travel in front of the knees first, while they are still straight, not up and over bent knees.
2. Relax the elbows. This is an easy fix, no chicken wings, relax those elbows.
3. Lean…11 to 1. The lean forward and back, if you think about positions on a clock, your forward lean should not go past 11am, and your lean back should not go past 1pm.
4. Seat hitting feat. Another easy fix, do not bottom out the return stroke allowing the seat to hit your feat, keep the legs tight at the bottom, ready to spring off and push back on the pull.
