Endurance workout for 2-4-2016

Warm up: 20 jump squats, run 500

One time through (stagger start 3 people every 2:00) 

  • 25 box jumps
  • 50 burpees
  • 500m ski
  • 1,000m run
  • 100 kettlebell swings 
  • 1,000m row
  • 50 ABMAT sit-ups 
  • 1,000m run 

Finish: stretch!!!
