Warm up: 2:00 bike, 2:00 box step

4 rounds team relay 

  • 300m run (human timer)
  • Row
  • Airdyne
  • Burpee box jump 
  • ***optional station depending on number of people – complex – sled push, jump, lunge, crawl

Finish 2 rounds 

  • 1:00 bike stand 1:00 bike seated
  • 2:00 jump rope
