Airdyne (FAST!!)   3 Minutes

Squat Thrusts (10)

3 sets (no break)

Ski (steady pace)

250 meter “Dynamic” Ski

10 Box Jump

1 Round trip on the sled

5 Sets (no break)

** Core and AB work at the end of class
