Doug’s meals for the week include;
Eggs, veggies, oats, almond milk
Salmon, broccoli and spinach
Another meal of eggs, veggies and oats
One protein shake of almond milk and PlantFusion plus half a banana (before workout)
Another meal of a protein shake and half a banana (after workout)
Salad of spinach, onions and tuna fish
Spaghetti squash, one turkey meatball and marinara sauce
Dinner, mostly seafood and veggies with some good carbs like brown rice and brown rice pasta
Here are a couple pics of some of my meals, prep work is the key to sticking with a dedicated and consistent diet. Also attached is a copy of my food diary from myfitnesspal.com, as you can see, this is a lot of food, but when you eat super clean, you get to eat a lot!
