Dedication and Intensity are keys to successful gains in training. You not only have to show up to the gym, day after day, but you need to destroy your workouts like your life depends on it! Working out once or twice a week will not get you results and neither will showing up to just going through the movements without concentrating and pushing harder and harder, day after day, week after week. Too many people attempt to workout and fail or get discouraged quickly because they don’t see immediate results, results take time, dedication and crushing workouts, giving more than 100%, pushing harder and faster, until you are screaming for your momma to save you while you crumple into a pile of sweat, tears and yes maybe some blood on floor. Half ass work gets half ass results.
